Terms and Conditions

Faisal Ali Hameed Trading (Venomous Performance Oman)

1. Returns Policy

Returns of spare parts are only accepted if defects are present or if the items do not meet standard specifications for their intended purpose as per the contract. Returns must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt. The items must remain unused and in their original, unopened packaging. A valid original invoice must be presented for all returns.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed via a credit note. To issue the credit note, the following documents and details are required:

  • Original invoice
  • Original spare parts in good condition and in original packaging
  • Customer ID card
  • Mobile phone number
  • Reason for return

Specially ordered spare parts for customers are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. Warranty Policy

Original spare parts purchased from Faisal Ali Hameed Trading (Venomous Performance Oman) are guaranteed for three (3) months from the invoice date. This warranty is limited to defects caused by faulty raw materials or manufacturing processes and is subject to warranty guidelines issued by Faisal Ali Hameed Trading. This warranty does not apply to:

  • Electrical items, control units, glass products, or windshields
  • Normal wear and tear, improper operation, overload, accidents, negligence, or incorrect installation

The company reserves the right to make final decisions on the acceptance or rejection of warranty claims. All warranty claims are subject to inspection within two (2) business days. In some cases, parts may need to be inspected on the customer’s vehicle to ensure no external faults caused the damage. If such faults are identified, the customer will bear any inspection or repair fees, if applicable.

4. Battery Warranty

The warranty for batteries is determined by the manufacturer's specifications. Battery defects will be inspected within two (2) business days. No returns or warranty requests will be processed without the original invoice.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for spare parts must be made in cash prior to delivery unless a credit account has been established, and specific credit terms have been agreed upon. Customers with credit accounts must adhere to the agreed credit period. Late payments may incur interest charges at an annual rate specified by Faisal Ali Hameed Trading.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

7. Modifications to Terms

Faisal Ali Hameed Trading reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
